The Cairngorms National Park Elections (Scotland) Amendment Order 2010

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Cairngorms National Park Elections (Scotland) Amendment Order 2010 and comes into force on 2nd October 2010.

Amendment of the Cairngorms National Park Elections (Scotland) Order 2003

2.—(1) The Cairngorms National Park Elections (Scotland) Order 2003(1) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In the Schedule (Electoral Wards)—

(a) in paragraph 1 for the second column (Area) substitute—
