1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Superannuation Scheme, Pension Scheme and Injury Benefits) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2009.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 26th June 2009 and have effect from 1st April 2009 except for as provided in paragraphs (3) to (6)–
(3) The following regulations have effect from 6th April 2009–
(a)regulation 14;
(b)regulation 66; and
(c)regulation 84.
(4) The following regulations have effect from 1st April 2008–
(a)regulation 16;
(b)regulation 38;
(c)regulation 40(c);
(d)regulation 43;
(e)regulation 46(b);
(f)regulation 54(a);
(g)regulation 68(b);
(h)regulation 70;
(i)regulation 73(c) ;
(j)regulation 76;
(k)regulation 79(b); and
(l)regulation 80(b).
(5) Regulation 88 has effect from 1st April 2004.
(6) Regulation 13(3) has effect from 1st April 1995.
