3. In regulation 4(2) for paragraph (a) substitute–
“(a)under section 229A(1) or 232(2) in relation to a probation progress review, or, as the case may be, failure to comply with the requirements of a probation order;”.

1995 c. 46; section 232 was amended by the Crime and Punishment (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 48), Schedule 1, paragraph 21, the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (c. 37), Schedule 6, paragraph 2 and the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 asp 14, section 12.
