1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Private Landlord Registration (Information and Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st January 2006.
(2) In these Regulations “the 2004 Act” means the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004.
(3) In Schedule 2 to these Regulations, “lead owner”(1) means the person, where applicable, who is designated as such in the application for registration under section 83 of the 2004 Act.
A “lead owner” is required to be designated in application by virtue of the prescribed information contained in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
