Amendment of the Colours in Food Regulations 1995
2. The Colours in Food Regulations 1995(1) shall be amended by the addition, at the end of the definition of “Directive 95/45/EC” in regulation 2(1), of the words “as amended by Commission Directive 1999/75/EC(2)”.
