28. Where the household rents the accommodation or lives in the accommodation rent free, whether the landlord is—
(a)a local authority;
(b)housing association or registered social landlord;
(c)private landlord or letting agent;
(d)employer of a household member;
(e)relative or a friend of household member; or
(f)other category of landlord.
