3. Section 7 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1968(1) (protection of trustees and executors) is repealed.
1968 c. 70. Section 7 was amended by section 10(1) and (2) and Schedules 1 and 2 to the Law Reform (Parent and Child) (Scotland) Act 1986 (c. 9).
