9.—(1) An inspector may at any time enter any premises for the purpose of—
(a)ascertaining whether a power conferred by or under these Regulations to cause a bird to be vaccinated or slaughtered should be exercised; or
(b)doing anything in pursuance of the exercise of that power.
(2) The occupier of a zoo or keeper of a zoo bird or carcase of a zoo bird must provide such reasonable facilities and comply with such reasonable requirements of the inspector as may be necessary to facilitate the exercise of his powers under paragraph (1).
