In Schedule 1 (Amendments to Schedule 1A to the 1995 Order)–

(i)

paragraphs 1 to 8;

(ii)

paragraphs 11 and 12;

(iii)

paragraph 14;

(iv)

paragraphs 16 and 17; and

(v)

paragraphs 19 to 21 (with the exception of paragraph 21(22) and (23).

In Schedule 2 (Amendments)–

(i)

paragraphs 1 and 2;

(ii)

paragraphs 4 to 7;

(iii)

paragraphs 11 to 13;

(iv)

paragraphs 16 and 17;

(v)

paragraphs 20 and 21; and

Article 30(1) so far as it relates to those paragraphs.

In Schedule 3 (Repeals) the entries relating to–

(i)

The Agricultural Wages (Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977(a);

(ii)

the 1992 Order;

(iii)

Articles 12, 29 and 90 of the 1995 Order and the paragraphs of Schedule 1A to that Order (with the exception of paragraph 119(3));

(iv)

Article 236 of the 1996 Order; and

Article 30(2) so far as it relates to those repeals.
