Payments to the Foundation
9.—(1) The Secretary of State shall make payments to, or for the purposes of, the Foundation.
(2) A grant under Regulation 9(1) –
(a)shall be of such amount;
(b)shall be paid at such time, or in instalments of such amounts and at such times; and
(c)shall be made on such conditions,
as the Secretary of State may determine
(3) A time determined under regulation 9(2)(b) may fall within or after the financial year concerned.
(4) The Board may not borrow or raise money under this section for any purposes other than in connection with the functions of the Foundation.
(5) All gifts received by way of donations to the Foundation must be recorded in the appropriate accounts.
