2. Rule 143 of the Magistrates' Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984(1) shall be amended by substituting for paragraph (1) the following new paragraph:
“(1) Subject to this Rule, a warrant issued by a resident magistrate or justice of the peace in proceedings upon complaint shall be addressed to the district commander for the police district in which the warrant is issued.”.
