Article 30 of the Industrial Development (Northern Ireland) Order 1982 enables the Department of Economic Development to make grants to a body or person which it may specify, for the purpose of enabling that body or person to stimulate or assist industrial enterprise, the development of industry or the provision of employment.
This Order specifies the Northern Ireland Science Park Foundation Limited as a body which may receive such grants.
The Northern Ireland Science Park Foundation Limited is a company limited by guarantee which was formed on 25th March 1999.
