1. This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1998.
2. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Supreme Court (Non-Contentious Probate) Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1), for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) there shall be substituted the following new sub-paragraphs (a) and (b)–
“(a)if the assessed value does not exceed £10,000 | No Fee | |

(b)if the assessed value exceeds £200,000 and, for every additional £100,000 or part thereof a further fee of | £65.00 | The requisition”; |
