Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Price Marking (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 and shall come into operation on 21st February 1996.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Amendment of the Price Marking Order (Northern Ireland) 1992
2. In Article 5(2)(c) of the Price Marking Order (Northern Ireland) 1992(2), for the words “7th June 1995” there shall be substituted the words “7th June 1997”.
