9.Article 133Areplaces paragraphs (2) and (3) of Article 133 (proceedings which may be taken concurrently with proceedings under Schedule 8) with a provision entitled “Concurrent Proceedings under this Order”. This allows for all of the proceedings connected with a proposed road scheme to be taken concurrently (as far as is practicable).
