24.  In paragraph 3(5)(b) of Schedule 1 (the Commissioner for Older People for Northern Ireland) to the Commissioner for Older People Act (Northern Ireland) 2011(1), after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “or had a debt relief order made in respect of him or is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order”.
