Debt Relief Act (Northern Ireland) 2010

Article 208I: Discharge from qualifying debts

Article 208I provides for the debtor to be discharged from his qualifying debts as specified in the order at the end of the moratorium period, and the circumstances in which the debtor will not be discharged from the debts – in particular if the moratorium period is terminated early. The Article also specifies that discharge of the debtor from the debts does not release any other person from their liability for the debts.
