18Ffederasiynau: darpariaethau atodol

(1)Caiff rheoliadau wneud darpariaeth at ddibenion y Bennod hon i addasu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd wedi ei chynnwys yn—
(a)Pennod 4 o Ran 1 o Ddeddf Safonau a Fframwaith Ysgolion 1998 (ymyrryd mewn ysgolion yng Nghymru sy'n peri pryder), neu
(b)adrannau 49 i 51 o'r Ddeddf honno, ac Atodlen 15 iddi (dirprwyo ariannol),
wrth gymhwyso'r ddarpariaeth i ysgolion ffederal neu eu cyrff llywodraethu.
(2)Mae'r addasiadau y caniateir eu gwneud yn rhinwedd is-adran (1) yn cynnwys, ymhlith pethau eraill, addasiadau—
(a)sy'n galluogi'r pwerau a roddwyd gan y darpariaethau y cyfeiriwyd atynt yn yr is-adran honno i gael eu harfer mewn perthynas â'r holl ysgolion mewn ffederasiwn hyd yn oed os nad yw'r amgylchiadau, y mae'r pwerau yn arferadwy drwy gyfeirio atynt, yn bodoli ond mewn perthynas ag un neu ragor o'r ysgolion hynny, a
(b)sy'n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ddosrannu unrhyw gostau neu dreuliau a dynnir gan gorff llywodraethu ffederasiwn.
(3)Caiff rheoliadau wneud darpariaeth sy'n addasu unrhyw ddeddfiad sy'n ymwneud ag ysgolion o fewn categori penodol, neu â chyrff llywodraethu ysgolion o fewn categori penodol, wrth gymhwyso'r deddfiad i ysgolion sy'n ffurfio rhan o ffederasiwn neu i gyrff llywodraethu ffederasiynau.
(4)Yn is-adran (3), mae cyfeiriadau at gategorïau o ysgolion a gynhelir yn gyfeiriadau at y categorïau a nodir yn adran 20(1) o Ddeddf Safonau a Fframwaith Ysgolion 1998.
