Saving provision in consequence of the 1999 Act
3. In relation to any representations made to the Tribunal under section 29 (disqualification of persons providing services) of the 1978 Act before 4th March 2004, the provisions of sections 29, 32A (applications for interim suspension) and 32B (continuation of suspension pending appeal) of, and paragraph 8 of Schedule 8 (the Tribunal) to, the 1978 Act shall continue to have effect on and after that date as if the provisions of the Health Act 1999 specified in article 2(2) of the Health Act 1999 (Commencement No. 14) (Scotland) Order 2004(1) had not come into force.
