Appointed days

2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into operation of—

(a)section 65 (tests for determining paternity); and

(b)paragraph 7 of Schedule 8 (declaration of status: consequential amendments) and section 66(5) (declaration of status) in so far as it relates to that paragraph

for the purpose only of authorising the making of orders or regulations is 23rd March 2002.

(2) The day appointed for the coming into operation of—

(a)section 65 in so far as not already in operation;

(b)section 66 and Schedule 8 in so far as not already in operation; and

(c)Part VII of Schedule 9 (repeals) (except in so far as it relates to Article 27(2), Case D of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1)) and section 67 in so far as it relates to that Part,

is 15th April 2002.
