ANNEX II U.K. Amendments to Directive 70/156/EEC

Directive 70/156/EEC is hereby amended as follows:

1.

in Article 2 the following sentence shall be added after the last indent:

‘If reference is made in this Directive to a separate Directive or Regulation it shall also include their implementing acts.’;

2.

the words ‘or Regulation’ shall be added after the words ‘separate Directive’ in the following provisions:
