Commission Directive 2007/5/EC of 7 February 2007 amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include captan, folpet, formetanate and methiocarb as active substances (Text with EEA relevance)

They shall ensure that the notifiers at whose request captan has been included in this Annex provide such studies to the Commission within two years from the entry into force of this Directive. |
