Commission Directive 2007/17/EC of 22 March 2007 amending Council Directive 76/768/EEC, concerning cosmetic products, for the purposes of adapting Annexes III and VI thereto to technical progress (Text with EEA relevance)
After exit day there will be three versions of this legislation to consult for different purposes. The legislation.gov.uk version is the version that applies in the UK. Annex VI, Part 1, is amended as follows:
In column b, the symbol ‘(*)’ is deleted for the reference numbers 1, 2, 4, 7, 12, 14, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 35, 37, 42 and 47.
In column b, the symbol ‘(*)’ is added for the reference numbers 5 and 43.
