Council Directive 92/112/EEC of 15 December 1992 on procedures for harmonizing the programmes for the reduction and eventual elimination of pollution caused by waste from the titanium dioxide industry (repealed)
After exit day there will be three versions of this legislation to consult for different purposes. The legislation.gov.uk version is the version that applies in the UK. 1.Member States which have not yet taken the necessary measures to comply with this Directive shall bring them into force not later than 15 June 1993. They shall inform the Commission forthwith of the national provisions adopted to comply with this Directive.
When Member States adopt these provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such reference at the time of their official publication. The procedure for such reference shall be adopted by Member States.
2.Member States shall communicate to the Commission the provisions of national law which they adopt in the field governed by this Directive.
