Amendment of the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008E+W

7.—(1) The table in Schedule 1 to the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008(1) (fees to be taken) is amended as follows.

(2) In the entry for fee 1.2 (on presenting an application for (a) a decree of divorce made under section 1 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, (b) a decree of nullity made under section 11 or 12 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, (c) a dissolution order or nullity order made under section 37 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004), in column 2, for “£550” substitute “£593”.

Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services. They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs).
