Regulation 3(2)
1. A person who makes a declaration of conformity declares that an energy-related product to which the declaration relates complies with the applicable implementing measure.U.K.
2. A declaration of conformity—U.K.
(a)must be in writing; and
(b)may be in respect of more than one energy-related product.
3. A declaration of conformity must include—U.K.
(a)the name and address of the person making it;
(b)a description of the product sufficient for unambiguous identification;
(c)where appropriate—
(i)the references of the harmonised standards applied;
(ii)the other technical standards and specifications used;
(iii)the reference to other [F1EU] legislation, not referred to in paragraph 4, providing for the affixing of the CE mark that is applied; and
(d)the identification and signature of the individual empowered to bind the person making the declaration.
