1.

The repeals in section 232 of and Schedules 6 and 9 to the Companies Act 1985, and Article 240(2) of and Schedules 6 and 9 to the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986, have effect in relation to financial years ending on or after 6th April 2008.

2.

The repeal of section 15 of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004 extends to Northern Ireland only.
