Cyn y dyddiad hwn, roedd y mathau hyn o nodiadau yn bodoli fel ‘Nodiadau Gweithredol’ ac yn cyd-fynd ag Offerynnau Statudol Drafft yr Alban o Orffennaf 2005 hyd at Orffennaf 2012.
