The Department for Communities(1) makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(2).

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2005 Order) (Code of Practice) (Governance and Administration of Occupational Trust-based Schemes Providing Money Purchase Benefits) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016.

Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the purposes of Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (procedure for issue and publication of codes of practice) for the coming into operation of the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 13: Governance and administration of occupational trust-based schemes providing money purchase benefits: Second issue is 21st September 2016.

This Order appoints the day for the purposes of Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 for the coming into operation of the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 13: Governance and administration of occupational trust-based schemes providing money purchase benefits: Second issue as 21st September 2016.
