(b)gwneud darpariaeth wahanol at ddibenion gwahanol neu ar gyfer ardaloedd gwahanol, ac
(c)gwneud darpariaeth ganlyniadol, gysylltiedig, atodol, ddarfodol, drosiannol neu arbed.
