1.Mae’r Nodiadau Esboniadol hyn ar gyfer Deddf yr Undebau Llafur (Cymru) 2017 a basiwyd gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ar 18 Gorffennaf 2017 ac a gafodd y Cydsyniad Brenhinol ar 07 Medi 2017. Fe’u lluniwyd gan Grŵp Addysg a Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus Llywodraeth Cymru i gynorthwyo’r sawl sy’n darllen y Ddeddf.

2.Dylid darllen y Nodiadau Esboniadol ar y cyd â’r Ddeddf ond nid ydynt yn rhan ohono. Ni fwriedir iddynt fod yn ddisgrifiad cynhwysfawr o’r Ddeddf. Pan fo adran o’r Ddeddf yn hunanesboniadol ac nid oes angen unrhyw esboniad neu sylw pellach, nis rhoddir.
