330.Caiff contract safonol cyfnod penodol bennu cyfnodau pan na chaiff deiliad y contract feddiannu’r annedd fel cartref. Bydd hyn yn arbennig o ddefnyddiol mewn perthynas â mathau penodol o ddeiliaid contract a mathau penodol o landlordiaid.
