3Cynigion ar gyfer uno
Explanatory NotesShow EN
(1)Caiff unrhyw 2 brif awdurdod lleol neu ragor, yn ddim hwyrach na 30 Tachwedd 2015 neu unrhyw ddyddiad diweddarach y caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ei bennu drwy reoliadau, wneud cais ar y cyd i Weinidogion Cymru yn cynnig uno eu prif ardaloedd i greu prif ardal newydd.
(2)Nid yw adran 101 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972 (trefniadau ar gyfer cyflawni swyddogaethau gan awdurdodau lleol) yn gymwys i’r swyddogaeth o wneud cais o dan is-adran (1).
(3)Ni chaniateir i’r swyddogaeth o wneud cais gan brif awdurdod lleol o dan is-adran (1) fod yn gyfrifoldeb i weithrediaeth y prif awdurdod lleol o dan drefniadau gweithrediaeth (o fewn ystyr Rhan 2 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 2000).
(4)Mae’r cyfeiriadau yn y Ddeddf hon at wneud cais o dan is-adran (1) yn cynnwys gwneud cais ar y cyd i Weinidogion Cymru, cyn i’r adran hon ddod i rym, gan 2 brif awdurdod lleol neu ragor sy’n cynnig uno eu prif ardaloedd i greu prif ardal newydd.
