92Llety interim: trefniadau â landlord preifat
Explanatory NotesShow EN

(1)Mae’r adran hon yn gymwys pan fo awdurdod tai lleol, wrth gyflawni unrhyw un neu ragor o’i swyddogaethau o dan adran 68, 82 neu 88(5) (llety interim), yn gwneud trefniadau â landlord preifat i ddarparu llety.

(2)Ni all tenantiaeth a roddir i’r ceisydd o dan y trefniadau fod yn denantiaeth sicr cyn diwedd y cyfnod o ddeuddeng mis sy’n dechrau ar—

(a)y dyddiad yr hysbyswyd y ceisydd am benderfyniad yr awdurdod o dan adran 63(1) neu 80(5), neu

(b)os oes adolygiad o’r penderfyniad hwnnw o dan adran 85 neu apêl i’r llys o dan adran 88, y dyddiad yr hysbysir y ceisydd am y penderfyniad mewn adolygiad neu’r dyddiad y penderfynir yn derfynol ar yr apêl,

oni bai bod y tenant, cyn neu yn ystod y cyfnod hwnnw, yn cael ei hysbysu gan y landlord (neu yn achos landlordiaid ar y cyd, gan o leiaf un ohonynt) bod y denantiaeth i gael ei hystyried yn denantiaeth fyrddaliol sicr neu’n denantiaeth sicr heblaw tenantiaeth fyrddaliol sicr.
