Y darpariaethau sy’n dod i rym ar 13 Medi 2024

2.—(1) Daw’r darpariaethau a ganlyn o’r Ddeddf i rym, i’r graddau sy’n angenrheidiol at ddiben gwneud rheoliadau, ar 13 Medi 2024—

(a)adran 59 (darpariaeth gyffredinol ynghylch trwyddedau triniaeth arbennig) i’r graddau y mae’n ymwneud ag Atodlen 3;

(b)adran 60 (unigolion sydd wedi eu hesemptio);

(c)adran 62 (meini prawf trwyddedu);

(d)adran 63 (amodau trwyddedu mandadol);

(e)adran 69 (rhoi triniaeth arbennig yng nghwrs busnes: gofyniad i gael cymeradwyaeth);

(f)adran 70 (cymeradwyo mangreoedd a cherbydau mewn cysylltiad â rhoi triniaeth arbennig);

(g)adran 71 (tystysgrifau cymeradwyo);

(h)adran 72 (terfynu cymeradwyaeth yn wirfoddol);

(i)adran 76 (ffioedd);

(j)adran 94 (dehongli’r Rhan hon);

(k)Atodlen 3 (darpariaeth bellach mewn cysylltiad â thrwyddedau triniaeth arbennig).

(2) Daw’r darpariaethau a ganlyn o’r Ddeddf i rym ar 13 Medi 2024—

(a)adran 64 (ymgynghori ynghylch meini prawf trwyddedu ac amodau trwyddedu mandadol);

(b)adran 94 (dehongli’r Rhan hon) at ddibenion adran 64.
