The National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2023

2.—(1) The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Wales) Regulations 2020(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—

(a) in paragraph (1) in the definition of—

(i) “appropriate non-proprietary name” for—

(aa) “42(2)” substitute “56(2), and

(bb) “6” substitute “3”;

(ii) “GMS Regulations” for “2004” substitute “2023”;

(iii) “patient list” for—
