(Nid yw’r nodyn hwn yn rhan o’r Gorchymyn)
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn awdurdodi Stena Line Ports Limited (“y Cwmni”) i adeiladu a chynnal gweithfeydd yn harbwr Caergybi yn Sir Ynys Môn.
Y prif weithfeydd yw adennill tir er mwyn darparu angorfeydd newydd i lestrau a mannau perthynol ar ochr y tir at ddibenion sy’n gysylltiedig â’r porthladd.
Mae’r Gorchymyn hefyd yn rhoi pwerau i’r Cwmni i roi cyfarwyddydau cyffredinol ac arbennig i lestrau yn harbwr Caergybi.
Nid oes asesiad llawn wedi ei lunio ynglŷn â’r offeryn hwn, gan na ragwelir unrhyw effaith ar fusnes nac ar y sector preifat na’r sector gwirfoddol.
