Gorfodi cyfarwyddydau arbennig
21.—(1) Heb ragfarnu unrhyw rwymedi arall sydd ar gael i’r Cwmni, os na chydymffurfir â chyfarwyddyd arbennig o fewn amser rhesymol, caiff yr harbwrfeistr, lle bo’n ymarferol, osod personau ar fwrdd y llestr i gyflawni’r cyfarwyddyd neu beri fel arall i’r llestr gael ei drin yn unol â’r cyfarwyddyd.
(2) Os nad oes neb ar fwrdd y llestr i gydymffurfio â chyfarwyddyd arbennig, caiff yr harbwrfeistr fynd rhagddo fel pe bai’r cyfarwyddyd wedi ei roi heb i neb gydymffurfio ag ef; ond rhaid i’r harbwrfeistr beidio â gwneud hynny oni bai ei bod yn amhosibl dod o hyd i feistr y llestr, ar ôl gwneud ymholiadau rhesymol.
(3) Mae treuliau yr eir iddynt wrth arfer y pwerau a roddir gan yr erthygl hon yn adenilladwy gan y Cwmni oddi wrth berchennog y llestr fel pe baent yn arwystl i’r Cwmni mewn cysylltiad â’r llestr.
