Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn dwyn i rym ddarpariaethau yn Neddf Cwricwlwm ac Asesu (Cymru) 2021 (“y Ddeddf”).
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn darparu bod y darpariaethau a restrir yn erthygl 2 yn dod i rym ar 11 Ionawr 2022 ond dim ond at ddibenion gwneud rheoliadau o dan adran 56(1) o’r Ddeddf ac at ddibenion dyroddi cyfarwyddyd o dan adran 57(1) o’r Ddeddf.
Mae erthygl 3 o’r Gorchymyn hwn yn darparu bod adrannau 56 a 57 yn dod i rym i’r graddau nad ydynt eisoes mewn grym ar 1 Medi 2022.
