Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn pennu 1 Medi 2021 fel y diwrnod y daw’r Cod Ymarfer ar Gyflenwi Gwasanaethau Awtistiaeth i rym (“y Cod Ymarfer”).
Mae’r Cod Ymarfer wedi ei ddyroddi gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan adran 145(1) o Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014 (“Deddf 2014”).
Mae adran 145(3) o Ddeddf 2014 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i awdurdodau lleol yng Nghymru weithredu yn unol ag unrhyw ofynion perthnasol sydd wedi eu cynnwys mewn cod a ddyroddir o dan adran 145(1) a rhoi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau perthnasol sydd wedi eu cynnwys ynddo.
Mae’r Cod Ymarfer wedi ei ddyroddi ochr yn ochr â chanllawiau o dan adran 169 o Ddeddf 2014 (mewn perthynas ag arfer eu priod swyddogaethau gan awdurdodau lleol a byrddau iechyd lleol yn unol â threfniadau partneriaeth a wneir o dan Ran 8 o Ddeddf 2014) a chanllawiau o dan adran 2 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 (mewn perthynas ag arfer swyddogaethau perthnasol byrddau iechyd lleol ac Ymddiriedolaethau GIG).
