Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi eu bodloni bod yr amodau a bennir yn adran 88(9) o’r Ddeddf honno wedi eu bodloni mewn perthynas â’r darpariaethau a atelir dros dro gan y Rheoliadau hyn.
