Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio Gorchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre (Sefydlu) 1993 (“y prif Orchymyn”) er mwyn newid enw Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre i Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Prifysgol Felindre.
Gan y bydd gan Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre ymrwymiad addysgu sylweddol bellach, mae’r Gorchymyn yn pennu hyn ac yn diwygio’r prif Orchymyn ymhellach i ragnodi bod rhaid i un o’r cyfarwyddwyr anweithredol gael ei benodi o Brifysgol Caerdydd.
