Gofynion iechyd
4.—(1) Rhaid i’r deunyddiau CAC fod yn rhydd i bob pwrpas rhag y plâu a restrir yn Atodiadau I a II i Gyfarwyddeb 2014/98/EU, o ran y genws neu’r rhywogaeth o dan sylw.
(2) Caiff hyn ei gadarnhau drwy arolygiad gweledol gan y cyflenwr neu, pan fo amheuaeth, drwy waith samplu a phrofi.
(3) Rhaid cyflawni arolygiadau gweledol a gwaith samplu a phrofi yn unol ag Atodiad IV i Gyfarwyddeb 2014/98/EU.
(4) Ond nid yw is-baragraff (1) yn gymwys i ddeunyddiau CAC yn ystod rhewgadw.
(5) O ran deunyddiau CAC sy’n perthyn i’r rhywogaeth Citrus L., Fortunella Swingle neu Poncirus Raf—
(a)rhaid eu cynhyrchu o ffynhonnell ddeunyddiau adnabyddedig y canfuwyd ei bod, drwy waith samplu a phrofi, yn rhydd rhag y plâu a restrir yn Atodiad II i Gyfarwyddeb 2014/98/EU ar gyfer y rhywogaethau hynny; a
(b)ers dechrau’r cylch llystyfiant diwethaf, rhaid bod wedi canfod, drwy arolygiad gweledol ac unrhyw waith samplu a phrofi, eu bod yn rhydd i bob pwrpas rhag y plâu a restrir yn Atodiad II i Gyfarwyddeb 2014/98/EU, o ran y rhywogaethau o dan sylw.
(6) Yn y paragraff hwn, ystyr “rhydd i bob pwrpas rhag y plâu” yw bod y graddau y mae plâu yn bresennol ar y deunyddiau lluosogi neu’r planhigion ffrwythau yn ddigon isel i sicrhau bod y deunyddiau lluosogi o ansawdd a defnyddioldeb derbyniol.
