NODYN ESBONIADOL
(Nid yw’r nodyn hwn yn rhan o’r Gorchymyn)
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio Gorchymyn Rheoli Clefydau (Cymru) 2003 (O.S. 2003/1966 (Cy. 211)). Mae’n darparu ar gyfer unedau cwarantin i ddisodli’r esemptiad sydd eisoes yn bodoli o’r cyfnod segur o 6 diwrnod ar gyfer gwartheg, defaid a geifr sydd ar hyn o bryd yn cael ei ddarparu gan gyfleusterau ynysu.
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn hefyd yn egluro bod gofynion penodol sy’n ymwneud ag adrodd symudiadau a dogfennau symud bellach yn gymwys i geirw yn unig, ac mae’n gwneud mân newidiadau i adlewyrchu’r ffordd y mae ceidwaid yn adrodd ac yn gwneud datganiadau i gefnogi symud moch at ddibenion bridio.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn hwn. O ganlyniad, lluniwyd Asesiad Effaith Rheoleiddiol o’r costau a’r manteision sy’n debygol o ddeillio o gydymffurfio â’r Gorchymyn hwn. Gellir cael copi oddi wrth: Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.
