EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations make amendments to certain forms which are prescribed in the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1997(1), as amended(2).
These Regulations make amendments in consequence of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (c. 5) and insert references in those forms to universal credit.
