ATODLEN 1Darpariaethau Arbed a Darpariaethau Trosiannol
Achredu sefydliadau sy'n darparu hyfforddiant cychwynnol athrawon
1. Mae unrhyw achrediad a roddir at ddibenion rheoliad 7 o Reoliadau 2004, neu i gael effaith fel pe bai'r achrediad wedi ei roi felly, ac a oedd mewn grym yn union cyn dyddiad dod i rym y Rheoliadau hyn, i gael effaith fel pe bai'r achrediad wedi ei roi at ddibenion rheoliad 7 o'r Rheoliadau hyn.
Personau a ddechreuodd gwrs hyfforddiant cychwynnol athrawon yng Nghymru cyn 1 Medi 2008
2. Nid yw paragraff 1(c) o Atodlen 2 yn gymwys mewn achos personau a ddechreuodd gwrs hyfforddiant cychwynnol athrawon yng Nghymru cyn 1 Medi 2008 ac nad ydynt wedi eu hysbysu'n ysgrifenedig eu bod yn athrawon cymwysedig o dan reoliad 6 o Reoliadau 2004 ar 31 Mawrth 2012 neu cyn hynny.
Y cynlluniau hyfforddi athrawon ar sail cyflogaeth a wnaed o dan Reoliadau 2004
3. Yn ddarostyngedig i'r darpariaethau trosiannol a nodir yng Nghynllun 2011, mae Cynllun 2006 i barhau mewn grym tan 1 Medi 2012.
4. Pan fo person yn cwblhau cyfnod o hyfforddiant yn llwyddiannus ar Gynllun 2006 neu'n bodloni gofynion y cynllun hwnnw fel arall, rhaid darllen paragraff 2 o Atodlen 2 fel pe bai, ar ôl “sefydliad achrededig”, y geiriau “neu gan berson a gymeradwywyd gan Weinidogion Cymru yn gymwys i asesu cymhwysedd athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn ôl y safonau penodedig yn unol â'r cynllun hwnnw” wedi eu mewnosod.
5. Bydd Cynllun 2011, sydd yn gymwys mewn perthynas â rhaglenni hyfforddi sy'n cychwyn ar neu ar ôl 1 Medi 2012 yn parhau mewn grym tan yr adeg honno pan fydd cynllun yn cael ei sefydlu gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan reoliad 8 o'r Rheoliadau hyn, neu tan y dirymir ef gan Weinidogion Cymru, p'un bynnag sy'n digwydd gyntaf.
