(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Gorchymyn)
Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn, a wnaed gan Weinidogion Cymru, yn cychwyn Rhan 1 (Atal Dros Dro yr Hawl i Brynu a Hawliau Cysylltiedig) o Fesur Tai (Cymru) 2011 (“y Mesur”) ar 3 Medi 2012.
Caiff awdurdod tai lleol wneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru o dan adran 1 o'r Mesur am gyfarwyddyd i atal dros dro yr hawl i brynu a hawliau cysylltiedig yn ei ardal am gyfnod o hyd at 5 mlynedd, ar yr amod ei fod wedi cwblhau ymgynghoriad yn unol ag adran 2 o'r Mesur o fewn y cyfnod o 6 mis cyn y cais, a'i fod, yng ngoleuni'r ymgynghoriad hwnnw, yn dod i'r casgliad bod y cyflwr o bwysau oherwydd prinder tai (fel a nodir yn adran 1(2) o'r Mesur) yn bodoli.
Dyma'r ail Orchymyn Cychwyn a wnaed o dan y Mesur.
