Mae Rheoliadau Ardrethu Annomestig (Hysbysiadau Galw am Dalu) (Cymru) 1993 (O.S. 1993/252) (“Rheoliadau 1993”) yn darparu ar gyfer cynnwys yr hysbysiadau galw am dalu, a ddyroddir gan awdurdodau bilio (cynghorau bwrdeistref a chynghorau sir) yng Nghymru, ac ar gyfer yr wybodaeth sydd i'w darparu pan fo hysbysiadau o'r fath yn cael eu cyflwyno ganddynt.
Disodlodd Rheoliadau Ardrethu Annomestig (Hysbysiadau Galw am Dalu) (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2007 (OS 2007/3343 (Cy.295)) Atodlen 2 i Reoliadau 1993 sy'n pennu'r wybodaeth sydd i'w darparu pan fo hysbysiadau galw am dalu yn cael eu hanfon gan awdurdodau bilio.
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn newid yr wybodaeth benodedig i adlewyrchu'r newid a wnaed i Ddeddf Cyllid Llywodraeth Leol 1988 (p.41) gan Ddeddf Ardrethu (Eiddo Gwag) 2007 (p.9) sy'n darparu, oni fydd Gweinidogion Cymru yn gorchymyn fel arall, y byddai'r atebolrwydd normal ar gyfer hereditament heb ei feddiannu yr un fath â'r un ar gyfer hereditament wedi'i feddiannu.
Dim ond mewn perthynas ag ardrethi sy'n daladwy ar ôl 31 Mawrth 2008 y mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys.
