1.  Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn, sy'n gymwys i Gymru yn diwygio Rheoliadau Labelu Pysgod (Cymru) 2003 (“y prif Reoliadau”) sy'n darparu ar gyfer gweithredu a gorfodi Teitl 1, Pennod 2 o Reoliad y Cyngor (EC) 104/2000 ar gyd-drefniadaeth y marchnadoedd mewn cynhyrchion pysgodfeydd a dyframaethu fel y'i cymhwysir gan Reoliad y Comisiwn (EC) 2065/2001 sy'n gosod rheolau manwl ar gymhwyso Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) 104/2000 parthed rhoi gwybod i ddefnyddwyr ynglŷn â chynhyrchion pysgodfeydd a dyframaethu.

2.  Mae'r Rheoliadau yn—

(a)diwygio rheoliad 4(2) o'r prif Reoliadau drwy ddarparu bod dynodiadau masnachol a gaiff eu derbyn mewn Aelod-wladwriaethau eraill yn enwau a ragnodwyd gan y gyfraith (rheoliad 2(a));

(b)disodli'r Atodlen i'r prif Reoliadau (sy'n darparu rhestr o ddynodiadau masnachol ar gyfer y rhywogaethau o bysgod môr, eogiaid a physgod dŵ r croyw a physgod cregyn a restrir yno) gyda'r Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn. Mae'r Atodlen newydd yn cynnwys nifer o fewnosodiadau a diwygiadau (rheoliad 2(b)).

3.  Cafodd arfarniad rheoliadol ei baratoi a'i roi yn Llyfrgell Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru. Gellir cael copïau gan yr Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd, Llawr 11, Southgate House, Wood Street, Caerdydd, CF10 1EW.
