30. Yn Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf Ddifenwi 1996 (datganiadau sy'n freintiedig yn ddarostyngedig i esboniad neu groes-ddweud)—
(a)yn is-baragraff (1)(a) o baragraff 11, ar gyfer “or local authority committee” amnewidiwch “, local authority committee or in the case of a local authority which are operating executive arrangements the executive of that authority or a committee of that executive”; a
(b)ar ôl is-baragraff (1) o baragraff 11, mewnosodwch—
“(1A) In the case of a local authority which are operating executive arrangements, a fair and accurate record of any decision made by any member of the executive where that record is required to be made and available for public inspection by virtue of section 22 of the Local Government Act 2000 or of any provision in regulations made under that section.”; ac
(c)yn is-baragraff (2) o baragraff 11, ar gyfer “In sub-paragraph (1)(a) —” amnewidiwch—
“In sub-paragraphs (1)(a) and (1A)—
“executive” and “executive arrangements” have the same meaning as in Part II of the Local Government Act 2000;”.
